To get from Tokyo to Kawagoe by public transportation, travelers need to take the JR Saikyo Line from Shinjuku Station or Ikebukuro Station to Kawagoe Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes from Ikebukuro or 45 minutes from Shinjuku. Alternatively, take the Tobu Tojo Line from Ikebukuro Station to Kawagoe Station.
