Discover Ikoma

Most attractions in Ikoma center around Mount Ikoma. Start your journey by taking the cable-car up the mountain or opt to hike up. In the latter case, make sure to pass by the majestic Hozanji Temple. On arrival you'll be greeted with some amazing viewpoint as well as an amusement park where you can spend the remainder of the day.

Getting around in Ikoma

The easiest way around Ikoma is on foot, since the major sights and attractions are within walking distance from each other. There is also a cable car that will bring you to either Hozanji Temple or the amusement park on the top of the mountain.

Travelers who come by train should get off at Ikoma station. From there, they can either hike up the mountain or take the cable-car up.
