Getting around in Kofu

The easiest way to get around in Kofu is by car, but most major sights and attractions are accessible by a combination of trains and busses. If you decide to rent a car, it is advised to do so from the nearest airport in the vicinity. You can use our car rental widget in the FAQ menu below.

Travelers who come by train or highway bus usually get off at Kofu station, as it is the most central point within the area and provides an easy connection to the rest of the area.
