The easiest way to get around on Kume Island is by car, but most major sights and attractions are accessible by bus. Though, travelers will have to rely on single tickets or a prepaid card, since no special train or bus passes are provided within this area.

• Option 1: High-Speed Ferry: Take the high-speed ferry from Tomari Port in Naha to Kumejima Port. The total travel time is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

• Option 2: Regular Ferry: Take the regular ferry from Tomari Port in Naha to Kumejima Port. The total travel time is approximately 4 hours.
