Bullet Train: Take the JR Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Takasaki Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour.

Take the JR Agatsuma Line from Takasaki Station to Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Bus: From Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station, take a bus to Kawarayu Onsen. The bus journey takes about 20 minutes.
