Getting around in Shuzenji Onsen

The easiest way around Shuzenji Onsen is on foot, since the major sights and attractions are within walking distance from each other. 

Getting to Shuzenji Onsen

Public transportation:

Travelers who come by train will have to transfer at Shuzenji station. From there, it is a short bus ride to most sighs within Shuzenji Onsen. Be advised that buses run infrequent in this area. For up-to-date bus schedules, we recommend syncing Google Maps with our customized map above (to do this: click the top right icon on the map to expand to full screen, and select a route between your destination and your current destination). 

 

Nearest airport:

The nearest and most convenient airport is Haneda Airport in Tokyo. 

  • by car: approximately 3 hours

  • by public transport: approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes

  • bullet-train: approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes (bullet-train is availably between Shinagama station and Mishima station)
